Study Center SaaS collects only the information required to operate its software platform, provide support, manage accounts, and improve service quality. This may include account details, center profile information, student records entered by customers, and system usage data.

We use collected information to run the platform, authenticate users, process subscriptions, send operational messages, and maintain platform security. We do not sell personal information to unrelated third parties.

Customer-entered data remains associated with the relevant center account. Administrative and technical access is limited to service operation, compliance, support, debugging, and security purposes.

We may use infrastructure providers, communication vendors, payment providers, and analytics tools where required to operate the service. Data handling is limited to legitimate service delivery needs.

Users and center operators are responsible for the accuracy of the data they submit and for using the platform in compliance with applicable laws and internal institutional policies.
