Refund Policy
Payments made for subscription activation, renewal, or upgrade are generally treated as service-access payments for digital software usage and operational enablement.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, subscription fees are non-refundable after activation, renewal confirmation, manual verification, or successful plan assignment to a center account.
If a duplicate payment, technical billing error, or unauthorized duplicate charge is identified and verified, the case may be reviewed for adjustment or credit at the discretion of the service operator.
Requests related to refunds, billing clarifications, or payment issues should be raised through the official support contact with payment proof, center details, and transaction references where applicable.
Free plans, trial-style access, promotional activations, and manually granted goodwill access do not create a refund entitlement.
