Study Center SaaS provides software tools for study centers, libraries, and educational operators. By using the platform, users agree to use it only for lawful and legitimate business or academic administration purposes.

Account holders are responsible for account security, user access control, submitted content, and all activity performed through their center account. Access may be suspended in cases of misuse, fraud, abuse, or platform risk.

Subscription features, limits, seat caps, and module access may depend on the active plan assigned to a center. Free plans and paid plans may differ in available modules and operational limits.

Payments, renewals, manual verifications, and communication workflows are provided subject to platform configuration. Service availability may change as the platform evolves.

The service is provided on a best-effort commercial basis. Users should maintain their own operational judgment, backups, and internal compliance processes when managing students, fees, and center data.
